The Construction Group team plays an integral role in Reckson's comprehensive approach to the planning, design, and program phases of our interior renovation and full-scale development projects.  At any one time, we also provide daily oversight, administration, and project management services for millions of square feet of improvements both within Reckson Portfolio and entirely new ground-up construction projects.

We offer our clients and partners the benefit of a team that is experienced, perceptive, and responsive.  Our expertise encompasses a progressive range of services, which include actualizing Reckson's capital plan for base-building system improvements, working with tenants to execute custom fit-outs, and constructing build-to-suit spaces.  Our Construction team provides objective insight to ensure quality control, integrity, and constructability throughout the project-development cycle.  The overarching focuses of the Construction team is to uphold the hallmarks of Reckson on every project we undertake, and carry forward our reputation to the growing construction program.
