Larry Kwiat began his real estate career in 1994 with Halpern Enterprises in the leasing department and has risen to his current position with Reckson via multiple acquisitions involving Reckson Associates, SL Green Realty Corp. and The Cappelli Organization.  Larry oversees leasing for Reckson’s 2,300,000 sf portfolio and is actively involved in leasing, tenant relations, marketing, acquisitions/ dispositions, capital programs and building repositioning.  Larry received his undergraduate degree in Finance from The Catholic University of America and his Masters in Real Estate from New York University.  Larry lives in Pleasantville with his wife and two children, enjoys golf, hiking and fishing and is on the Board of Directors of the Business Council of Westchester.
